On the first day of every month, we post our specials on our web-site. Maybe they're not aware of this. Give them our web-site address. www.pureherbs.com

We also put our specials in our newsletters, but we only do a newsletter every other month. Directors receive special flyers along with their checks. We do this so they can inform downline. Many people do not have computers, nor phones, so pass on any information you receive.

Should your downline ask a question, and you can't find the answers in your books, this is where your sponsor or Director can help you. Do you know who the Director is above you? If not, you should. Call us and we'll give you their phone number.

Did you know, Directors have Directors above them.

By calling us and getting a password, you can check your Purchase Volume on the internet.

MEETINGS - SUGGESTIONS
Have monthly or bi-monthly meetings
The more knowledgeable you and your downline are, the more successful you will become.

As a Director you receive purchase volume discounts from all your downline. As a Director it is your responsibility to pay the Distributors under you, and in a timely manner. When you do this it will ensure that you are a true professional. Paying your downline should be a top priority. Along with your check, you also receive an address listing and the exact payment amount to make out their checks. It is that simple.

How about doing a monthly newsletter to your downline. This has been very rewarding for some of our Distributors and Directors. In your newsletter you can tell them your own personal testimonials, things you heard or read or just pick an herb topic. Today's world is very busy. Make it short & sweet and they will love it.

Know your products, use them and talk about them. Herbs are foods. Market them as such.

When you receive information in the mail, copy it and pass it on to others.

MID MONTH STATEMENTS (DIRECTORS ONLY) - The purpose of these statements is to inform you of your sales and that of your downline. This will give you the opportunity & phone numbers to call upon your downline to give them a chance to increase their volume and yours before the end of the month.
